This website (rocketgtm.co) and the ghostwriting and content services provided under the name "Rocket GTM" are operated by Rocket GTM LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to respond to you and provide our services:
- Information you give us. When you email us, book a call, or otherwise contact us, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.
- Client and billing information. If you engage us, we collect the information needed to deliver and invoice the work, such as your business details and payment information (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us).
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
- To provide, schedule, and deliver our services;
- To send quotes, invoices, and process payments;
- To keep records and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- To protect the security and integrity of our website and business.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed. These may include:
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing;
- Vercel — website hosting;
- Google Workspace — email;
- A scheduling provider (e.g. Calendly or Cal.com) — if you book a call.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, and know how it is used and shared. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at alfie@rocketgtm.co and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
